Analysis of microbial diversity in oculonasopharyngeal region of patients with chronic dacryocystitis

By using high-throughput sequencing and culture methods, the composition and distribution of oculonasopharyngeal microflora in patients with chronic dacryocystitis and healthy volunteers were compared and analyzed, providing new theoretical support and new ideas for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of chronic dacryocystitis from the perspective of microbiology.
