Anti-H3K14ac ChIP-seq data of neural stem and progenitor cell (NSPC) isolates from wild-type E14.5 foetuses for each, proliferating and differentiating conditions. H3K14ac changed during differentiation. H3K14ac levels correlated positively with the activation of the neuronal and glial gene expression programs. H3K14ac ChIP-seq data of NSPCs isolates from 4 wild-type (WT) E14.5 foetuses grown in proliferating and differentiating conditions. For some assessments, normalisation to input was conducted. IgG controls and Kat7/Hbo1 deleted cells, which lack H3K14ac, were included as negative controls.
