To investigate Intratumor heterogeneity in HCC and examine the effect of Intratumor heterogeneity on drug response, we collected fresh tissue from multiple tumor regions, representing the spatial extent and macroscopic heterogeneity of the primary tumors. Each region was subjected to primary culture (major part) and HE staining (minor part), the region contained more than 50% tumor cells was went on culture and examine by whole exome sequencing (WES) and CytoScan® HD Array.EGA study EGAS00001001135
