Intratumor heterogeneity evaluation in primary HCC cells

To investigate Intratumor heterogeneity in HCC and examine the effect of Intratumor heterogeneity on drug response, we collected fresh tissue from multiple tumor regions, representing the spatial extent and macroscopic heterogeneity of the primary tumors.
