<p>This data supported prioritisation of England Woodland Grant Scheme (EWGS) Woodland Improvement Grant (WIG) from 2009 in the North West of England. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p>The area outlined contains populations of some of Britain's rarest and most vulnerable butterfly species. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p>The EWGS WIG grant aid was designed to support habitat restoration work for the benefit of indigenous butterflies which are threatened with extinction. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p>The data set encompasses all the key populations in the South Cumbria Low Fells and Morecambe Bay Limestone area at the time of was published. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p>Attributes: </p> <p> </p> <p>Descriptr = Name of the priority area </p> <p><br /></p>
