An Online Paleoclimate Data Assimilation with a Deep Learning-based Network

OnlinePDA_code (files compressed with RAR compression) includes:

1. Directory 'Exp_LIM' contains the Exp_LIM.m file for the reconstruction of SAT during preindustrial period (851-1850 CE) in Figure 5 (LIM.mat contains the parameters for the LIM);

2. Directory 'Exp_NET' contains the Exp_NET.m file for the reconstruction of SAT during preindustrial period (851-1850 CE) in Figure 5 (NET.mat contains the parameters for the NET); 

Note: Exp_NETANA (just replace the index of static ensembles in Exp_NET.m with analog ensembles) is not provided.

3. Directory 'PPE_data' contains all the data (prior samples, pseudoproxy, PSMs, ...) needed for pseudoproxy experiments.

4. Directory 'Data for plotting'  contains the necessary data for plotting Figures3-11.
