This dataset encompasses the raw data and related features utilized in machine learning model training and evaluation. The folder structure of the dataset is as follows: raw_data: Contains the raw dataset employed by MutDPAL. These data represent the unprocessed observational data, serving as the foundation for subsequent feature extraction and model training. features: Contains the feature set utilized by the Patho-dataset. pred-features: Contains the feature set employed by the pred-muthtp dataset.
