Microarray analysis of the therapeutic effects of the mixture of salvianolic acids from Salvia miltiorrhiza and total flavonoids from Anemarrhena asphodeloides on sulfur mustard-induced damages

To further investigate the potential molecular basis of the therapeutic effects of the mixture of salvianolic acids from Salvia miltiorrhiza and total flavonoids from Anemarrhena asphodeloides (MSTF) on sulfur mustard (SM) damage, gene expression analysis was conducted on rats liver tissues using microarrays.为进一步探究丹参（Salvia miltiorrhiza）酚酸类成分与知母（Anemarrhena asphodeloides）总黄酮混合物（MSTF）治疗芥子气（sulfur mustard, SM）损伤的潜在分子机制，本研究采用微阵列（microarrays）技术对大鼠肝组织开展了基因表达分析。
