Medicago sativa Raw sequence reads

This project contains raw RNA-sequencing data from 24 alfalfa (Medicago sativa) samples (BG135 series, including BG135-01T and BG135-02T sub-groups). The data were generated to investigate gene expression patterns and identify key genes involved in the aging process of alfalfa. This resource will facilitate functional genomic studies on plant senescence mechanisms and provide insights for improving alfalfa's longevity and forage quality.
