资源简介:
CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1), a transmembrane protein with tumor pro-metastatic activity, is highly maintained and associated with late-stage and castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). However, the molecular mechanism driving CDCP1 over-expression in CRPC development remains elusive. Previous reports indicate that overexpression of CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1) in combination with the loss or mutation of phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate 3-phosphatase (PTEN) in CRPCs is associated with PI3K/AKT and MAPK signal pathway upregulation, but the molecular mechanism for its genetic activation remains elusive. It is therefore imperative to identify the underlying mechanism of pathogenic CDCP1-mediated signaling pathways based on genomic contacts, and allow further development of new CRPC treatments
