This repository is designed to store and share the data associated with the paper titled <i>"Gene Family Evolution Reveals Dietary Adaptations in Butterflies and Moths"</i>. In this study, we annotate the genomes of 62 lepidopteran species using the variable Braker annotation pipeline and conduct orthology analyses. This repository contains the annotation results for each species (Braker3 Augustus models including aa and gff3 files and EggNOG mapper functional annotations), as well as the orthogroups (Phylogenetic Hierarchical Orthogroups, HOGs) defined through Orthofinder.
