Analysis scripts

These files (along with the data files available here: https://osf.io/5qmz7/) can be used to recreate the manuscript from scratch. The manuscript was written in R Markdown where regular prose is interleaved with analysis code (paper.Rmd). In addition to the data files, the script calls upon a separate appendix file (appendix.Rmd). A fully reproducible package is available in a Code Ocean container (https://doi.org/10.24433/CO.1618143.v1) which re-creates the software environment in which the original analyses were performed.
