This dataset contains the AlpIce-1 database and accompanies the study by Kamleitner et al., entitled "AlpIce-1: A database of geochronological and geomorphological constraints on Alps-wide paleoglacier fluctuations between the Last Glacial Maximum and the Holocene", currently submitted to Boreas.
The attached dataset includes:
The AlpIce-1 database compiling published TCN surface exposure ages (Data S1) and radiocarbon ages (Data S2).
Additional files to enable the recalculation of TCN surface exposure ages (Data S3–S4) and the recalibration of radiocarbon ages (Data S5) compiled in AlpIce-1.
GIS shapefiles of ages, event ages, the landform catalogue, and event-age geometries compiled in AlpIce-1 (Data S6).
