Murine follicular helper T cells

Goal of the experiment is to compare the transcriptome of splenic Tfh cells from female DC-specific Blimp-1 deficient mice and age/gender matched littermate controls. Comparative gene expression profiling of Tfh cells (CXCR5+PD1+) from spleens were isolated by cell sorter本实验旨在比较雌性树突状细胞（dendritic cell, DC）特异性Blimp-1缺陷小鼠与年龄、性别匹配的同窝对照小鼠的脾脏滤泡辅助性T细胞（follicular helper T cell, Tfh）转录组。实验通过细胞分选仪分离脾脏中表型为CXCR5+PD1+的Tfh细胞，并对其开展比较基因表达谱分析。
