Zeta potential dataset for 69 engineered nanomaterials

Curated dataset (raw data produced by the FP7 project NanoMILE- https://doi.org/10.1038/s41597-019-0053-2) containing 69 distinct engineered nanomaterials (ENMs), including 21 physicochemical, structural and computational descriptors. This dataset (License: CC-BY 4.0.) is exploited to produce a ζ-potential read-across predictive model using Isalos Analytics Platform (More information about the data can be found in: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.impact.2021.100308).
