资源简介:
Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a pathogen that causes leaf spot on tea plant (Camellia sinensis), and causes decline in both the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by L. theobromae was firstly found in Huishui county, Guizhou Province, China. The assay of L. theobromae grown on different temperatures indicated that a relative higher temperature of 33 degrees Celsius can promote the growth of the strain. The differential expression genes coupled with bioinformatics between L. theobromae cultured on PDA medium under the stress of higher or lower temperatures and different incuation periods can help us easily understand the pathogenesis mechanism of L. theobromae.
