资源简介:
These are datasets of dynamic microtomography conducted at the TOMCAT beamline (SLS, PSI). The samples are two human ears acoustically stimulated ex vivo, so vibrating. One sample was Thiel-fixed ('Thiel1': datasets 18, 22, 37, 42) and the second one was fresh-frozen ('Fresh1': datasets 67, 70, 89). The sound stimulation was performed at 113 Hz for datasets 18 and 22 and at 127 Hz for the other ones. The sound pressure level was measured to be 126.7 in the Thiel-fixed sample and 121.8 in the fresh-frozen one. Each h5 file is the set of projections for the different tomography angles, taken during stimulation of the sample, every 0.5 ms. The waveform.dat file can be used to perform the retrospective gating and sort the projection back according to their acquisition time (corresponding to a specific phase of vibration).
