Dataset for: Inventory or list of materials available detailing the pedigree

This dataset is an inventory of available material detailing the pedigree, principal traits of interest and the country of custody (Kenya, Ethiopia). It highlights the selected genotypes and the number of tubers available. This material was planted in screenhouses where a morphologic characterization of tubers took place. The number of seeds from the crossings was registered as well. In the experiment of biofortified clones, there's additional information of nutritional characteristics, such as: iron and zinc content and dry matter.
