This data is the original data collected through a survey conducted on inclusive leadership, psychological empowerment, work engagement, workforce agility, and the performance of civil servants within the Provincial Government of Riau, Indonesia. Data were collected by proportional and systematic random sampling through structured questionnaires from July to December 2024. The data collected included 573 civil servants from 17 regional government agencies who were working under the leadership of 106 supervisors. The goal of the survey was to collect information on how inclusive leadership contributes to psychological empowerment, work engagement, workforce agility, and ultimately, civil servant performance. This dataset can be useful for policymakers and practitioners in public administration as well as a broad reference for improving leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce adaptability in government institutions. In addition, this dataset can also be a broad reference for other researchers who are interested in understanding leadership dynamics and performance in the public sector from different perspectives. Thus, this dataset has great potential to be used in various analyses and research related to human resource development and public sector performance improvement in Indonesia.
