1. Data Collection: User consumption data is collected from the operation management system of self-operated coffee shops. Stratified statistics of spending power are conducted for African-origin Small Grain Bourbon coffee beans. By establishing user profiles based on historical order records and formulating user tags to pinpoint their consumption levels, the dataset can provide data support for coffee shop advertising and marketing strategies targeting consumers, such as launching coffee bean products and customized services tailored to specific consumption tiers.
2. Data Processing and Calculation: First, sensitive information is encrypted, and the data is subjected to processing, desensitization, screening, statistical analysis. The formula for consumption share (%) is: Consumption Share (%) = (Quantity of African-origin Small Grain Bourbon coffee beans (grams) / Total consumption quantity (grams)) × 100%.
