Acyl-CoA thioesterase-2 facilitates beta-oxidation in glycolytic skeletal muscle in a lipid supply dependent manner [Chow fed]

As part of the investigation in the endogenous role of Acot2 in skeletal muscle, we performed RNAseq analysis on Quadriceps muscle from control (Loxp/Loxp) mice and mice with striated muscle specific knockout of Acot2 (muscle creatine kinase promoter)为探究Acot2在骨骼肌中的内源性作用，我们对对照（Loxp/Loxp）小鼠以及通过肌肉肌酸激酶启动子实现横纹肌特异性Acot2敲除的小鼠的股四头肌组织开展了RNAseq分析。
