six time points sequencing from Pf3D7 and Pfhrp2 knockout malaria parasite

We successfully knockout Pfhrp2 gene from Pf3D7 parasite, then collected the 3D7 and Pfhrp2- parasites culture solution at 8h,16h,24h,32h,40h,0h after invasion and centrifuged, each time point included 3 replicates, thirty-six pellets were collected and stored until to use. All the parasites were in the blood stage and just different time point. This is the RNA-seq data.
