Cardiology RCTs

A literature search was conducted encompassing MEDLINE, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials from inception to 2018. All English-language RCTs enrolling children (age 0-21 years) with cardiac conditions were included. Data extraction and risk of bias assessments were performed in duplicate via crowdsourcing for each eligible study and entered into an online database. A total of 933 RCTs met eligibility criteria.本研究开展了文献检索，检索范围涵盖建库至2018年的MEDLINE、EMBASE及《Cochrane对照试验中心注册库》（Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials）。纳入所有以0~21岁心脏疾病儿童为受试对象的英文随机对照试验（Randomized Controlled Trial，RCT）。针对每一项符合纳入标准的研究，均通过众包模式完成双人重复的数据提取与偏倚风险评估，并将相关信息录入在线数据库。最终共有933项随机对照试验符合研究纳入标准。
