Gene expression data from sorted G1-G2/M phase of SLIMP knockdown and control cells.

Drosophila melanogaster cells depleted of SLIMP showed a clear arrest in G2/M phase. The objective of this gene expression study was to determine the pathways involved in the phenotype of this cells. Drosophila S2 stable cell lines were induced with CuSO4 to induce the knockdown of SLIMP. G1 and G2/M phases of control cells and SLIMP depleted cells were then sorted using a FacsAria Fusion sorter. Cell cycle from live cells was obtained with the incubation with Vybrant DyeCycle Violet Stain (Thermofisher). Two replicates for the SLIMP depleted cells and three replicates for the control cells were analysed.
