Both CV839-15 and CV839-06 once were used as an inactivated vaccine in China years ago for controlling the weaned piglet diarrhea and the vaccination with the inactivated strains proved to protect the weaned piglets from diarrhea efficiently. The serotype of CV839-15 is O147：K89. The serotype of CV839-06 is O9：K103. By sequencing these two strains, we hope to understand the mechanisms of strains CV839-15 and CV839-06 as effective vaccines.
