Global Sensitivity Analysis of a Reactive Transport Model for Abiotic TCE Reduction in Clay-Rich Aquitards

This package contains two main folders: Software_Files.zip and Data_Files.zip. Software_Files.zip has the CrunchFlow source code, a Python script for the workflow associated with running Monte-Carlo simulations using the reactive transport model in CrunchFlow, a Python script for the workflow associated with global sensitivity analysis using the distance-based generalized sensitivity analysis (DGSA) method, a Python script for calculation of some quantities of interest used for the DGSA analsyses, a python script for pre-processing of the input parameter data and CrunchFlow output data for the DGSA analyses. The Data_Files.zip has the model input and output files from the CrunchFlow model simulations that are required to calculate the quantities of interest for the DGSA analyses, the template CrunchFlow input files used for Monte-Carlo simulations, and some MATLAB scripts for calculation of QoI 5.
