Until now, the systematic and comprehensive deciphering of ?d T heterogeneity and the extrathymic developmental pathway of liver ?d T cells remains largely unsolved. In this study, we performed single cell RNA sequencing to comprehensively identify the heterogeneity of ?d T cells from murine liver and thymus. We further revealed the developmental trajectory of ?d T cells and found that liver contains ?d T precursors. Overall design: 2 samples of thymic and hepatic ?d T lymphocytes from C57BL/6J mice
