Here we conducted a high-throughput experimental evolution of Escherichia coli in exposure to 96 antibiotics at environmental concentrations. Multidrug resistance phenotypes and mutation profiles were characterized for evolved populations. Using Tn-Seq, we constructed a genetic interaction network encompassing 2,152 nonessential genes.
