Spotted crake national survey in the UK in 1999

This is the first survey of spotted crakes <i>Porzana porzana</i> undertaken in Britain. English Nature (now Natural England) funded this survey as part of the Statutory Conservation Agencies RSPB Annual Breeding Birds Scheme (SCARABBS).
