TCR repertoire analysis of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes from patients with metastatic gynecologic cancer

Background:Gynecologic cancer is characterized by morphological and molecular heterogeneity. Germline and somatic testing are available for patients, and the basic therapeutic approach combines surgery with chemotherapy.Objectives of the study:To investigate the TCR beta chain in bulk tumor and matched blood samples from 39 patients with gynecologic cancer, and to explore the relationship between distant tissue biopsy regions and blood circulation.Methods used to generate the data:The TCR repertoires of TILs in metastatic tissues and the circulation were investigated by targeted sequencing of T cell receptor (TCR).Types of data:Raw sequencing readsDetails:Experiments were performed in duplicate. The fastq files were randomly subsampled to a size of 1Gb using Seqtk (version 1.3-r106) and CDR3 sequences were called by MiXCR (version 3.0.13).
