Derived data: gene co-expression network analysis of abiotic-stress responses in chili pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)
收藏资源简介:
Derived data supporting the manuscript "Gene Co-expression Network Analysis Identifies Stress-Specific Modules and Hub Genes Underlying Abiotic-Stress Responses in Chili Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)" by S. K. Malhotra and Rashmi Upadhyay. This deposit contains results generated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) of a publicly available Capsicum annuum abiotic-stress transcriptome (78 samples spanning cold, heat, salinity and osmotic stress with mock controls; NCBI GEO accession GSE132824). These are derived data produced in this study and are not available elsewhere; the underlying raw sequencing data are third-party and remain available from GEO. Files included: module–trait correlations for the stress-associated modules; hub genes of the cold-associated (orange) module with module membership (kME), gene significance (GS) and BLASTP annotation; the equivalent hub-gene table for the heat-associated (turquoise) module; and functional categories over-represented in the stress-associated modules with fold enrichment and FDR. A README documents all columns, provenance and software.
