Pursuant to Section 15(2) and (3) of Act No 355/2007 on the protection, promotion and development of public health and amending certain acts, as amended, the Regional Public Health Authority, as amended, establishes the proficiency check committee and issues certificates of professional competence.依据经修订的《第355/2007号公共卫生保护、促进与发展及修订若干法案》第15条第2款及第3款之规定，经修订的区域公共卫生主管部门设立能力考核委员会，并颁发职业能力证书。
