Study of diversity of fecal microbiota on Siamese crocodile

The aim of this study was to determine the fecal microbiota of Siamese crocodile at healthy and diseased conditions and to identify potential probiotic/pernicious bacteria in the hope of providing a reference for disease prediction during the early period of crocodilian bacterial diseases, especially for endogenous infections which were hard to find out from surface.
