This is a plasma proteomics data set derived from a laboratory controlled study simulating night shift-work. Samples were collected every 4h across 24h during circadian alignment and circadian misalignment study days. The proteomic data was generated using the SomaLogic platform. All subjects provided written informed consent prior to participation and all procedures were approved by the Colorado Multiple Institutional Review Board.
