资源简介:
The dataset is generated within the framework of the European research project TANATOS (2D-F-doped Titanium dioxide mAterials for the development of a New generAtion of cost-effective and high-performance memrisTOrS). The project aims to design, synthesize, and characterize advanced fluorine‑doped 2D titanium dioxide materials for their integration into next‑generation memristor devices.
The dataset comprises experimental characterization data produced during the development, optimization, and analysis of the materials synthesized in the project.
These include:
X‑ray diffraction (XRD)
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM)
Infrared spectroscopy (IR)
Ultraviolet‑visible spectroscopy (UV‑Vis)
Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) surface area analysis
Cyclic voltammetry (CV)
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)
The numerical data are stored primarily in CSV or ASC formats whenever possible, while microscopy images are preserved in TIFF format to ensure high‑quality, lossless storage.
The purpose of this dataset is to document, store, standardize, and make reproducible all experimental results generated within the project. It enables the validation of material properties, supports the understanding of structure–function relationships, and provides the experimental basis for improving memristive behaviour in TiO₂‑based systems. The dataset also promotes transparency, ensures traceability of the research activities, facilitates collaboration among consortium partners, and secures long‑term preservation of the data following FAIR principles.
Due to the potential for intellectual property protection and future patent filing, data generated in this project will be stored under restricted access. Public release will be considered after appropiate protection measures have been secured
