Pasteurized milk was artificially contaminated with an STEC strain (stx- and eae-positive) and a commensal Escherichia coli strain (stx- and eae-negative) using different ratios, enriched at 37 degree Celsius in acriflavine-supplemented BPW for 18h, sequenced using the MinION and reads belonging to Escherichia coli extracted.
