Genomic analysis of carbapenemases producing Klebsiella pneumoniae ST307 recovered in Argentina

MDR Klebsiella pneumoniae ST307 is recognized as a high risk clone, which is being increasingly documented in several countries. Here we include KPC, NDM and KPC+NDM producing Klebsiella pneumoniae ST307 isolates.Our objective was to expand our first genomic deposit (PRJNA623051) of KPC producing Kp ST307 isolates from Argentina. In addition, our purpose was to explore its genomic features and to establish the phylogenetic relationship with other worldwide Klebsiella pneumoniae ST307 strains
