Transcriptome of Osmanthus fragrans flowers treated with low-temperature and ABA stresses

In this study, distilled water and 200 mg/L of ABA were sprayed on the flowering branches of O. fragrans 'Liuye Yingui', which were then cultivated at different temperatures (25 degC, 10 degC). The petals were collected and frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored in a -80 degC refrigerator for transcriptome sequencing.
