Fungal and bacterial community sequencing of the Asian longhorned beetle

We sequenced 16S and ITS1 amplicons from the guts and secretions of the Asian longhorned beetle (Anoplophora glabripennis). We assessed community differences between male and female adults, and with brood. Female frass and oviposition secretions were sequenced to investigate maternal transfer.
