First public release Initial release of the KPI Comparison Matrix — a documented dataset of 17 climate-resilience indicators for residential buildings in arid South American climates (BWk/BSk Köppen-Geiger). Contents 17 KPIs documented across three tiers: 5 CORE indicators (computed on 100% of cases) 7 EXTENSION indicators (when data permits) 5 EXPLORATORY indicators (opportunistic) For each KPI: formal definition, assumptions, limitations in BWk/BSk, regional extension rationale, and verified bibliographic references. Released formats data/kpi_comparison_matrix.csv — citable dataset, UTF-8, RFC 4180. data/kpi_comparison_matrix.xlsx — formatted version with three sheets (README, KPI matrix, Tier legend) and tier-based colour coding. README.md + kpi_matrix_README.pdf — descriptive document explaining motivation, structure, limitations and rationale. Reproducibility The dataset is generated from a single source of truth (kpi_definitions.py) via a build script. Run make all to regenerate. Citation Barea Paci, G. J. (2026).
