Daily raster between 2010 and 2018 of Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE) for the Rur catchment in western Germany at 250 m spatial resolution as upscaling results for the article <em>Upscaling Net Ecosystem Exchange over Heterogeneous Landscapes with Machine Learning</em> in JGR Biogeosciences.
