Whole genome sequencing of 27 isolated Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron bacteriophages

Here, we report the genomes of 27 phages which infect the broadly prevalent human gut species Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron -infecting phages. These phages were isolated from 5 locations in the United States and Bangladesh.
