Gut Microbiota and Risk of Acute Cellular Rejection after Liver Transplant: A Longitudinal Cohort Study

This dataset includes longitudinal 16S rRNA sequencing data from stool samples of adult liver transplant recipients, generated to examine associations between gut microbiota composition and acute cellular rejection (ACR). Samples were collected before and after transplantation and sequenced using Illumina-based platforms. The data characterize temporal changes in microbial diversity and composition in relation to post-transplant immune outcomes.
