Mechanism and Catalytic Site Atlas

M-CSA is a database of enzyme reaction mechanisms. It provides annotation on the protein, catalytic residues, cofactors, and the reaction mechanisms of hundreds of enzymes. There are two kinds of entries in M-CSA: 'Detailed mechanism' entries are more complete and show the individual chemical steps of the mechanism as schemes with electron flow arrows; and 'Catalytic Site' entries annotate the catalytic residues necessary for the reaction, but do not show the mechanism.M-CSA是一款酶反应机制数据库，可为数百种酶的蛋白质、催化残基、辅因子以及反应机制提供注释信息。该数据库包含两类条目：‘Detailed mechanism’（详细机制）条目内容更为完整，以带有电子流向箭头的示意图展示反应机制的各个独立化学步骤；‘Catalytic Site’（催化位点）条目仅对反应所需的催化残基进行注释，并未展示具体的反应机制。
