Supplementary Table S1. Primer sequences for RT-PCR analysis

This file contains the PCR primer sequences used for quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) in the study “Stage-specific GABA-dependent regulation of gene expression during axis elongation in Xenopus embryos” The primers were used to measure gene expression in Xenopus laevis embryos during gastrula and tailbud stages.Gene expression was normalized to odc1, with gapdh additionally examined as a reference control.
