资源简介:
Chronic stress exposure in adolescence can lead to a lasting change in stress responsiveness later in life and is associated with increased mental health issues in adulthood. Here we investigate whether the Chronic Social Instability (CSI) paradigm in mice influences the molecular response to novel acute stressors Mice were either subjected to a chronic social instability (CSI) (random weekly chagemate changes for 7 weeks) paradigm, or kept as control animals (no cagemate changes). Then, a subset of both groups was subjected to a novel acute stressor in the form of restraint stress (30 min). 45min after onset of restraint stress animals were sacrificed and ventral hippocampi dissected and the transcriptome alanyzed with next generation sequecing
