Cycles and Constraints (Article): Data, Code, and Reproducibility Materials

This replication package contains the data, code, configuration, and integrity hashes to reproduce the analyses and extended data for Piepers (2025), “Cycles and Constraints.” It implements a conservative, author-approved construction of the Layer-1 order parameter κ on 5-year bins by carrying forward decadal ENS (state-lattice concentration) values, combined with population-weighted structural primitives (urbanization share and rail-km per capita). The package provides deterministic scripts for cadence and severity analyses, early-warning signals (variance, AC1) with AR(1) pre-whitening, and a transparent hazard / structural-breaks pipeline. All paths are relative; random seeds are fixed; and a MANIFEST lists SHA-256 hashes for integrity.
