This dataset is for studying the poroelastic response of the brain under sustained overloads through finite element simulations (Abaqus 2024). It includes:A core brain_poroelastic_under_overloads.cae file containing all finite element model parameters (parts, properties, loads, etc.).A folder named inp_Files with 480 input files (.inp) for different overload scenarios.A folder named odb_Files with 480 simulation result files (.odb) corresponding to the input cases.Two folders (training_csv and validation_csv) containing CSV files extracted from the ODB results. These files include node coordinates, displacements, von Mises stress, and pore pressure data for machine learning model training and validation.
