Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals roles of fibroblasts during intestinal injury and repair in rats with severe acute pancreatitis

We used single-cell sequencing to explore the molecular mechanisms of intestinal injury and treatment by analyzing changes in cellular heterogeneity and composition in rat ileal tissue during injury and treatment processes.本研究采用单细胞测序（single-cell sequencing）技术，通过分析损伤与治疗过程中大鼠回肠组织的细胞异质性与组成变化，探究肠道损伤与治疗的分子机制。
