资源简介:
The re-involvement of fallow soils into agricultural circulation is a crucial task for ensuring food safety. The aim of the study was to investigate the efficiency of crop cultivation on fallow lands and to track changes in the taxonomic composition of the soil microbiome, to identify key bacterial markers responsible for soil functioning. To achieve this, a laboratory vegetation experiment on growing wheat using the microbiological preparation "Extrasol" was conducted with three types of soil: fallow land, active field, and native forest as a control. The data is a sequencing of the amplicon libraries of the 16S rRNA gene from soii DNA collected after the experiment.
